What are the best habits in the night?

Following are the habits which everyone should follow-
- Always wash your hand and feet before going to bed. You may bath if you need.
- If you are male and under age 25 must follow above step.
- Never take water before and after 20 minutes of dinner. You will see changes after following only 10 days.
- Keep your phone atleast 7 feet away from your sleeping bed and keep mobile data off. Lots of studies showed adverse impact of keeping phone near you.
- Never watch or think about sexual content before sleeping.
- Try to avoid using pillow.
- Lit a lamp in room. Never sleep in full dark room.
- Your sleeping position matters alot. Always sleep straight on back.
- Think about your future plans and goal. Think what you have to do tomorrow
